SIME DARBY MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME (SDMTP) 2012
The Sime Darby Management Trainee Programme (SD MTP) is Sime Darby’s premium programme
offered to fresh graduates. It is a six-months comprehensive programme which comprises classroom
training, job rotation opportunities and networking across SimeDarby’s business divisions.
Management Trainees will be exposed to vital management knowledge and skills through intensive
training. Learning is further enhanced through exposure to various business functions, hence giving a
good start to progressing the corporate ladder.
This November, the Sime Darby team will be in London to look up for young talents to join the Sime
Darby Management Trainee Programme for November 2012 intake. We welcome energetic and
visionary final year students with leadership potential to apply to the above programme by dropping
